How do you measure the impact of your learning? We've been evaluating learning outcomes since 2006 and our impact assessment is a highly cost-effective means to find out exactly how and where learning programmer are impacting your business.
Our learning Impact Assessment service uses Brinkerhoff's Success Case Method (SCM) in conjunction with own learning outcomes methodology. The evidence we collect is used to demonstrate.
• What enables certain learners to be highly successful in applying their learning?
• What barriers prevent other, unsuccessful, learners from applying their learning?
We'll show you how to reduce the barriers to success, enhance the enablers of success, and quantify the level of improvements you can expect.
We benchmark the outcomes of the learning against other, similar, training. The Impact Assessment delivers a range of quantitative and qualitative information. Examples from recent work include:
• Recommended the acceleration of a learning programmer. To gain benefits sooner would outweigh the faster deployment of training budget.
• Around 3% of an organization’s training budget was being authorized in the knowledge that there was no foreseeable prospect that the learning could be used.
• The return on investment for certain types of training was conservatively estimated at around 250%.
